Return Policy
We accept returns only if the item you receive does not match your order—this includes receiving the wrong product or wrong size. If this happens, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the actual product item (not packaging) is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for incorrect items or sizes. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
